Aspirer. C&T and Monochrome both follow those who wish to make it big in the music industry, undertaking what is a journey they probably won't forget about.
C&T's methods of going such ways involve a much more sophisticated way of doing so than Monochrome's comedic take on the path, though, they both still follow the general route of learning and building a team of individuals needed for glory on the big stage. Both are also somewhat futuristic, Monochrome being a literal robot compared to the super society of C&T.
Both are pretty good anime, though Monochrome is to pass time really, compared to a fully-fledged interesting story
