This anime kind of reminds me of No Game No Life. Nice art and a "smart" protagonist living in a colorful fantasy world. If you're fine with a lot of ecchi and fan service with a nice plot and a cool idea, you will like this show.
It has the same pastel vibe as No Game No Life. There's quite a lot of fanservice. They both take place in a different realm than Earth

Both are fantasy anime, even if there isn't a direct link between stories the feeling they convey are pretty much similar. We immediatly take a liking to characters and graphics are beautiful in both of these anime
But No game no life might be using more logic and reflexion than Musaigen no phantom world.
However I liked both and I hope you will too
