Both animes share the same premise, a boy, not especially popular, suddenly finds himself surrounded by girls interested in him. A lot of the visual gags usually arising from misunderstandings, which result in the boy getting beaten up and called a pervert, are also present in both series.

Same kind of humor. Main character living with several girls. Same character types.
They are both love comedys and they are funny altogether. Love Hina is a bit more romance but Seto no Hanayome will rock your socks becauses is so funny. I enjoyed both series very well. I wouldn't mind seeing Seto No Hanayome twice!
Both anime is very similar, Seto no Hanayome is a craziest version of Love Hina
-HAREM (ne male protagonist, many female characters surrounding him)
-Has a similar animation and drawing quality, although Love Hina has a somewhat older semblance.
-Plot has the same mild, sweet atmosphere in it.
-If you like the ending of Love Hina, you'll also like the ending of Seto no Hanayome
