Hidamari Sketch and Koufuku Graffiti are both similar due to episode presentation and content. Though Koufuku Graffiti goes into the concept of food rather than art, art is presented in both, just in a different style. Hidamari focuses on the art of everything and different techniques, while Koufuku focuses on the art of cooking. The food is beautiful and makes you hungry just as if it was right in front of you in real life.

-Both series are done by Shaft, and it's very apparent upon watching them
-The casts are very similar in many aspects (revolving mostly around being shy, cute, and kind)
-Loads of Moe
-VERY similar feel and atmosphere; usually quite calm, tranquil, and meditative, yet still plenty of adorable, funny, and heartwarming moments to go around.
Both are animated by Shaft, from a Kirara manga, which of course turns them into a heckton of moeblobs doing cute things.
Yeah and both also feature girls going to an art school and cooking, but Hidamari Sketch focusing more on art and Koufuku Graffiti focusing on Cooking. I recommend each anime to CGDCT fans.
