Although Tsuki ga Kirei and Golden Time are far apart on the basis of which they set similar stories relative to time. Both have some strong realism.
Obviously, Golden Time is a little more annoying and sometimes very unaware of its own stupidity, but ignoring the means which it uses to create a story, the relationships here are actually pretty damn good, close to reality maybe (based on what I know).
The usual ups and downs, the usual rivals, the usual "stuff don't always go the way that was expected" (key point here), the very honest dialogues. The list goes on.
Would recommend both if you watch some
