Both of these shows have pretty weird animation at times. Also, the PSYqualia Zombie in Vanguard and the Red Moon possessing civilians in Jewelpet Happiness lead to some similar chaos. Aichi and Chiari, the main protagonists for their respective series, are both positive, friendly to pretty much everyone, and willing to give everyone a hand.
