If you like witty MCs and well constructed stories.
Although the Main story line and setting is vastly different. One is a light-hearted school harem and other is about strategical intelligent drama. The main characters are actually surprisingly similar, I would even go as far as saying they are reincarnations with each other.
They share a lot of traits together.
- Manipulative [Keima don't actually like real girls at the start and mostly just plays with others heart for his own benefit ]
- Expert at something [Gal-Game and chess]
- Intelligent [this is obvious]
- Delusional [keima thinks he is god and lelouch as well]

Incredible strategies. Although Code Geass and The World God Only Knows have similar plots, protagonists Lelouch and Keima use their outstanding attributes to assist them in their missions respectively.
Code Geass has Lelouch and his great plans + leadership shown via chess, whereas Keima uses his legendary dating sim skills to capture real-life girls.
Both are great anime featuring great minds in the action of reality. Where Code Geass is an action with mecha and military, TWGOK is a harem with comedy for joy.
