Both have the same type of sense of humor & vibe.
Both revolve around high school club activities & their daily lives.
Both have the same type of main characters (Shirogane=Hachiman, Kaguya=Yuukinoshita).
*Ishigami is also very alike to Hachiman.
The only difference is OreGairu is more drama-driven, while Kaguya-sama is more slice-of-life-driven.
If you like the atmosphere in episode 6 of Kaguya-sama, then Oregairu is the full series of that. Well both of the series have great comedy. Oregairu might say it's a rom-com anime but it's more on drama side (specially on season 2) rather than romantic while Kaguya-sama have a innocent cute romantic type with lots of humor in it. Honestly just watch both series they're both great!

Both are romance stories set in a school. The dialogue between the love interest are funny and full of wit. Both stories develop their characters heavily and have similar character traits to each other. Kaguya and Yukino both act indifferent towards the main protagonist. The MC of Oregairu share similar characteristic to Ishigami.
