Both anime are focused on pure fun and have some romance moments. Yukihira Furano has a similar personality with Takanashi Rikka (MC of Chunnibyou). What I really liked was the awkward moments. The difference is that Chuunibyou contains some supernatural scenes, while Ore no Nounai is way more focused in real everyday events. You, probably, will like the character development!
