Gives same vibe, as both have normal human girl and Yokai/fairy familiar romance with a sweet atmoshphere.
There is a contractual relationship/alliance between a mortal and a divine creature in both animes. The stories have good pacing and the plot is great and eventful, there were no boring episodes in my opinion. Kamisama Kiss leans more into mythology, while Sugar Apple explores the relationship between fairies and humans, we can get a glimpse of it through the characters' life stories and as the plot develops further. Both animes are highly recommended for romance or fantasy lovers!

tomoe and shall fen shall are both very similar, nanami and ann are very similar. mizuki and jonas are similar (might be a bit of a stretch..?) both involve a human girl getting involved w a fantasy world (sugar apple fairy tale is fairies and kamisama kiss is youkai and gods)
