I always like to keep my recommendations short and quick because it really comes down to the viewer. One of the first things that jumped out at me was that Natsu (the bear) has a lot of the same strange humor that Shirokuma had from SC. Almost a deadpan delivery. The other that both had was that the animals interacted with human. With SC, all the animals interacted with human. In KM, only the bears interacted with members of people of a small village in the northern Tohoku region. Interacted as they talked to each other.

-Both of the MC (bears) can speak human languages to communicate with the humans. The only difference there, Polar Bear Cafe have different various animals can talk human languages too but from Kuma Miko only 1 animal which is the MC.
-Somewhat there can be a comedic/joke scenes.
