If you liked Date a Live, you'll like C3 (aka C Cubed). They both have some of the heroine characters who are not quite human and they both have romance/harem quality to them. They each also have a character(s) who is a bit on the blood-crazed side. Both are really good anime.
Both of these anime revolve around girls with some kind of 'curse' that gives them magic capabilities and a male MC who befriends them in order to quell their dark side.
C3 isn't as romantically driven as Date A Live. Most of the time the MC actually just gets to know the girls to get to the root of their problem before clashing with them in an epic battle in the hope of ridding them of the curse.
