Like SxF, Aishiteruze Baby is a childcare story with a male lead becoming the caretaker of a young girl. Kippei is a high school boy who becomes the guardian of his 5-year-old niece, while also developing a relationship with a girl his age. It's extremely cute, but also more willing to deal seriously with harsher and dramatic themes like abandonment, stalking, and unrequited love than SxF is.
