well, below the picture are options to : Add to List, Add to Favorites, and Edit Anime Information. After clicking on add to list, there are options to edit your status of (watching, plan to watch, etc), episodes seen or volumes read (depends which one you're doing it for) and then it give you the drop down for "your score" which is rating it.
SO yeah, the wacky weird ones I've watched (I hope you know what I'm talking about) are on my list but they aren't rated. I just don't rate them I guess, but there is an exception with Junjou Romantica.
