I think your article about Netflix have an nice idea but the fact that you ignored the Production Committee in that thinking was a bit wrong. Even if Netflix will be the platform, the studio still will be financed and the anime will produced by an committee like the others and I think your text failed to put this part of the deal in the conversation. For example, Devilman Crybaby had Aniplex and Dynamic Planning as the Committee without Netflix in there, only providing the platform for the ONA and getting the exclusive distribution of the said anime.
So, in the end, I think your text was plenty good but this aspect being ignored made it weaker.
Nice article on Netflix's upcoming Perfect Bones. You've pointed out nicely why we should all be very excited for this collaboration. Netflix has stated many times in the past that their content isn't aimed specifically at Americans or "the West" in general, and won't be in the future either. Instead, they release different content all over the world aimed at the appropiate demographic. This won't be a cheap and failed attempt at recreating Avatar to please anime fans from North America/Europe as we've already seen many times, but first of all Japan.
Production I.G. is a really interesting studio to see them teaming up with first, I'm really looking forward to this.
