Uh...Up above, under the MAL logo, you'll see Profile. Right beside it is Anime. Move your cursor over it and the list will drop down, and you just click Add Anime. ^-^

To upload, go to your profile and find where it says Upload a Picture. The rest is pretty self-explained. <3
