I am ancient - and yet I watch anime and read manga. I discovered anime around 2008, starting with Evangelion and other classics of the time such as Gunbuster, FLCL, and Madoka Magica. Since then I have devoured some hundreds of shows, some great, and some truly awful. Increasingly I prefer reading the original mangas, and sometimes light novels (but some of them are unspeakably badly written and translated).
But alongside that I am still a classical musician, singing in choirs and playing the piano or organ. I also record concerts for myself and others; I have edited and published commercial recordings, and also edited and typeset some classical music for publication. I do a lot with computers (that was my career), and some electronics.
I have two dogs.
