"that's my real job, you know. i'm a billboard guy."
call me pako. i'm 21, studying computer science & game design after having previously studied psychology for two years. i decided to follow my dream of making video games for a living; it's kinda more than just i really love video games (which, of course, is a large part of it) – it's me wanting to share my personal experiences through a medium i think has a lot of hidden potential. games are really cool, imo. they create these communities, bring people together, change lives, and just bring a level of comfort that not a lot else can bring!
but enough about that, hehe.
obviously i watch anime, play a lot of games – i color manga, sometimes, but mostly i think about things. i'm kind of critical about what i watch, and perhaps my ratings can be a little harsh, but i do try to be fair. i usually give an anime a few episodes before i decide to drop it, and i usually don't rate it until i've seen either most of it, or all of it.
my (highly condensed) rating system is as follows:
1. literal garbage. how did this get published.
2. horrible, but i guess it could be worse. [see rating of 1]
3. very bad.
4. bad.
5. mediocre.
6. not bad; just okay.
7. good, with some flaws.
8. very good, with a few flaws.
9. fantastic, with one or two flaws.
10. masterpiece. no flaws. it had to have changed my life if it got a 10.
a few things you may note: i don't watch harems, i get very irritated with anything misogynistic, and i very rarely watch romance. don't come to me for any of those things: i'm very happy to show you some anime that i deemed really good, but you won't find anything like the listed above here. but i digress. that's about it! i don't have much more to say, so.......
