I'm a college student currently studying mass communications (journalism, to be specific.), and literature. I'm also an amateur film maker, student activist, and stage actor. I enjoy most militaristic style anime, and anime with socio-political or environmental themes. I'm generally turned off by manga, but I love anime and I'm always looking to build my collection.
Aside from enjoying anime; I am an avid gamer and a total science nerd. I formerly sang and played bass for a local thrash metal band, and I currently help promote metal shows in the area, so speed metal and hardcore style of punk are my big interests and I am proud to be involved in that scene. I'd of course love to meet like minded people who wish to trade/discuss metal.
