I’ve been watching anime since I was a kid, long before I knew what it was. My favorites are from the early 2000s. I love deep characters with real development and battle systems that feel strategic and engaging.

Romance-focused shows and fanservice lower a show’s quality for me. Most new-gen anime focus too much on flashy fights and animation, losing the storytelling that made older anime special.

I started tracking my favorites seriously in early 2026, but I’ve been watching consistently since 2019 to 2020. Right now I’m fully immersed in anime again
