as for similar anime.......... (I mostly watch subs unfortunately, but some of these probably have dubs? idk)

if you haven't seen AnoHana, recommend that - it's another feelzy anime involving friendships and love and has some drama in it too

Hyouka has very similar looking art, although it's more a mystery show, animated by the famous KyoAni, worth a try see if u like it

Ano Natsu de Matteru :) not that well known but some great character development n relationships in this one, nice music, and a well written story

Nagi no Asukara is AMAZING (at least for me), the drama the animation and the feelz are immense, plus it's got such beautiful water n emotional moments and love dodecahedron and alksdfjaiwefoifjaoij watch it ;)

Sakurasou no pet na kanojo, another slice of life/drama/comedy type show with a bunch of quirky likeable characters that I rly enjoyed
