How i do rate a Manga:

1-3: If i see a manga that is really bad i stop from reading it, so you probably you won't find any manga in my list that i rate from 1 to 3.
4: A manga, i somehow manage to complete. It did not bring me any enjoyment and the story and the characters are boring or bad-written. I strongly don't recommend it.
5: A boring manga with good characters or a manga with a decent storyline but plain and boring characters. I dont recommend it, but if you bored and you need some bad manga to kill time, then maybe you can try one of these.
6: A good manga with decent-good storyline/charaters. Another difference between the #6 and #5 is the level of enjoyment. I recommend to read it.
7: A really good manga with a good a storyline and good characters and a manga that is really enjoyable. I strongly recommend it.
8: A perfect manga, but with little flaws. Also in these section you will find manga(s) that should be in the #9 section but they have one big flaw: the ending. Infact the end for this manga(s) were rushed/bad-written.
9: A flawless manga, a great storyline, an awesome development of the characters and it's so much enjoyable that even if you have to go to sleep because is late you still want to finish it and a good/perfect ending. This is what define a Masterpiece !!
10: Same as #9 with the only difference of subjectivity. For me there must be only one #10 and it need to be the manga you love the most or/and the one you feel really strong sinergy between you and the MC (or another character), and for that manga is....
