A guide to scores

I'm a very hard marker. I leave high numbers for shows that truly stand above the others, thus there are only a few 10's and a few more 9's.
Everything above a 4 rating is worth watching, obviously the closer to 10 the more highly I recommend the show.
The ratings I give are my opinion and evaluation on the overall value and execution I experienced viewing the anime, not necessarily my favorites.
I also have a preference to darker themes, sci-fi and well built fantasy.

As some shows are really enjoyable to watch multiple times and others I hesitate to ever watch again, even though I loved the experience the first time. Some shows can be too emotionally taxing e.g Violet Evergarden, or knowing the eventual outcome may sour reviewing e.g Monster. But some shows don't tax me individually at all and might lighten my mood some more or they're just simply fun e.g Re:Zero and Dragonball Z
