I really dont remember in detail but I'll try giving you some summary of 168+ chapters
I checked and 168 ended while his father told Murakami to be eaten by Loki. After that Murakami pesters his father for a reason.
His father says that Gods really exist and when they said "Kill a God" it was not a metaphor. He gave Murakami an example that what would he do if he was told to choose to piss on a rock or on a image of Jesus. He said that even though he is not a christian, he will never choose the second option. thats because of fear of being punished. He said that Humans are dependant on Gods (their creators) because it's embedded in their DNA. Murakami was created to make a new humans that wont have to depend on a god. When Loki eats him, It would wipe out the humanity except him and eve (the girl). And from then, create a new human race that will be clear of God's DNA. He then teleports Neko there, and says that both Valkyrie and Murakami have to be eaten. Long story short, after some talk, Loki attacks Neko and rips her in two. Neko tells murakami to push the button. he cries while saying that there is 0.01% chance of success but Neko tells him that she would die even if he doesn't push the button. Bracing himself, he pushes it and Neko starts melting down. Murakami starts crying that the miracle didn't happen the second time. Murakami's father tells Loki to it her before she completely melts and loki does as told. Then Murakami mutters to Neko that he would be coming there soon and asks his father to explain why he does it and stuff before he gets devoured. His father starts explaining stuff that this whole Alien civilization was discovered by their predecessors (grandfather or something) 100 years ago. After that, their plan was to kill the gods and set humanity free so that they could move forward independently. Then the moment Murakami is going to be eaten. (his head bitten off) Neko blows up from the inside of Loki and comes out, saying that even though Magic doesn't work on Loki from the outside, it seems to work perfectly from inside. (Oh and Neko regained memories). then more stuff happens and Murakami and Neko decide to get out of that room. His tells his father to move or he'll beat the shit out of him XD. he kicks that esper girl and knocks her out in the process. His father takes out a gun and aims at Murakami, but Murakami tells him that he cant kill him since he noticed that he has to be alive when Loki eats him. Then his father moves his aim towards Neko and shoots her leg. He says that there is one more Valkyrie so she can be killed and If Murakami lets himself get devoured, he will release Neko and use the other Valkyrie. In Despear, Murakami plans to sacrifice himself and the moment he is about to be devoured (again, his head bitten off xD) Kana and Hatsuna with cool glasses and machine guns. they shoot at loki and freeing Murakami, he asks what they are doing there and they tell him how they got there. (with the note he left at his home). Then they escape while supporting injured Neko. (she cant heal or use powers since she's near Loki). then they escape and Loki breaks free and rampages, devouring all the scientists there... and gains a human body. (while he pics up the dropped glasses and wears it like a pro). He then chases to Murakami and others disguised as a scientist and tells them to bring him along to the surface. At this time, Kana is connected to servers from somewhere and hacks the doors/security as she tells them where to go and stuff. Kana has a cyber fight with that girl form before. but in the end she still beats her and lets Murakami and other's escape from the elevator. but that girl pulled one on Kazumi and called the guards towards her. she gets kicked and is about to be killed but tsuchiya comes and saves her. tells her that she will let her live if she obeys her. Kazumi tells her that she doesn't care about her life, and she would obey her if she helps his friends escape/save. She agrees and they move.
At this point. Murakami and girls are in the elevator. At this point Murakami wonders why Neko's magic isn't back and with some talk, he taks the gun from Kana and shoots the disguised Loki. giving up on hiding, Loki tells them that she only wanted to devour the Brynhildr and wanted to let others go but now woudl devour everyone. (some man-eating tentacles come from him, lol). while they are asking kazumi to open the door they are fighting him in the elevator (at this point Kazumi was still fighting Cyber war with that girl). in the end she opened the door and they escaped. Loki followed after them, devouring everyone who saw in the way. Then they go to a sertain room. they meet Kotori's clone there. Girls talk to Murakami that killing her was not his fault and stuff. (at this point Kotori is like "Eeeeeh? You killed me? That's so cruel~!" LOL). Well after a while that crazy Onodera storms in and starts fighting with Neko. Neko tells her that she would lower herself to her level and fight with the same magic as she. (basically fist fight that demolishes the stuff when hit). She says that if Loki devours her - a Valkyrie, than it's the end for the world. and because of that, she plans to kill her. after some brawling, just as they are about to hit each other in the face, that Tsuchiya comes in with magic nullifying and they both fall on their butts. they start talking that there is no time for that and stuff. Neko says that she can defeat Loki alone... but after some time she says that now it would be troublesome to defeat him. when they ask what happened, she says that Loki devoured the other Valkyrie (that girl who was running on streets killing people).
the moment Loki devoured her, he grew into an enormous giant (like reaching the clouds). After that, they all appear above one of the skyscrapers/buildings, they were teleported there by that girl who was with Murakami's father. Then she tells Murakami that he has to decide now, either watch as world gets destroyed by loki (loki's tentacles turned unto a red sea that devoured whole town in an instant) or he lets himself devoured and makes a new humanity from scratch. before he chooses anything, she gets a headshot from Tsuchiya and tells Murakami that there is a way to save everyone, but he still needs to get devoured. In short, he would be devoured by Loki and posses his body, then kill/self-detonate him.
at this point everything is slowly explained by his father. (he appeared there as well.) Aliens share memories with a device called EDDA that is like a collective unconsciousness of those Aliens. Murakami is also connected to the EDDA hence his photographic memory. He tells Murakami that he loves him and he wanted to give a new world to him. (at this moment Loki devours him.). Then Murakami decides to get eaten but Neko knocks him out and starts a deathmatch against Loki. At this point Murakami slowly awakens and yells at Loki to devour him. Loki responds that he knows that if he devours him, he'll get killed so he refuses to devour. As Neko vs Loki battle continues, Tsuchiya tells Murakami that there is another way. If they could wipe out memories of EDDA that would make Loki's consciousness die as well. And tells him that the 3rd button on the witches back is for connected to EDDA. she says that she asked Kazumi to Hack into EDDA and erase the memories... but she didn't tell Kazumi that if she did that, Murakami's memory would be wiped out as well. As Murakami and girls run towards Kazumi, they find that she is already melted down and just barely talks. She thanks Murakami and bids farewell. At this moment Loki's red substance is sprayed on the building and melts it. As it is about to fall down on Murakami, Kotori pushes him away and lets herself get melted. (oh and i forgot to mention that she would still destroy the world if she was not ejected even if Loki was defeated). She tells Murakami that she is not sad and stuff as she melts. Then they think whether Kana failed to wipe the EDDA since Murakami is still conscious but when they look at Loki, he is clearly acting like a wild beast without any consciousness. They thought he would die but he just lost his mind. Then, Murakami decides to get devoured since Loki is unconsciouss, he will devour him now. As he tells the girls not to cry and he will just lose the body but his consciousness will be alive, Neko appears and tells him that she wont let him go. Murakami tells neko that in that case, they should let Loki devour both of them and hugs Neko. She start smiling/crying and hugs him back, making up her mind. But at this moment, Murakami pushes the button on her neck. and tells him that he wouldn't let her die in front of him again. Then Loki devours him and Whole Loki turns white (murakami's shape). It was dark red before that. Then we get to see Murakami floating in his consciousness, He says something like:
"ah, i see. so i was eaten. So this is how it feels to be a god.... Right now, i think i can do anything, even destroy the sun.... But, right not, there is one thing i have to do.. Destroy Myself!"
aaand He turns into particles and crumbles away..
