Sorry about that, I tend to write a lot of stuff like that whenever I'm tired and just got finished with a show, which is when I write 99% of my "reviews."

I think what I meant to say was (with an unbiased mind this time) was that for me personally I have never seen a show that has... given, I guess you could say, to its audience what they wanted. Throughout the show I had always felt like HxH did everything JUST right. Not too much and not too little, also there's a fight sequence where normally in most shounens they'd just show the different fight sequence and smash it all in a random mess. In HxH they take a more psychological outlook onto the battle and it makes it much more interesting than just random fight scenes smoshed up into one.

I felt that HxH always had the audience's interest in mind, and took a sincere effort of when to push certain drama moments a bit further or to just leave it as it is.

Another thing I had felt is that it was a shounen with one, no fillers, two, unbelievable circumstances (of course you have to accept a little bit of fantasy but what I mean is they don't pull the 'Just Because!' card like how many shows have done before), three, a consistent story, and 4, badass scenes without the pew pew bang bang big explosions cliche. Basically it felt like the story had direction, which is from what I have seen rare from the shounens I have seen.

Of course this is just my opinion though, I have not watched a lot of animes to be honest, and I am usually very biased after just finishing an anime in the AMs. Hope that cleared up the confusion, feel free to ask if you have any more questions!! :D PS i haven't checked this comments page in at least a month, so, sorry for the late response.
