Hello hello <3

It's fun! But after the first few arcs, it can and will probably feel like it drags on and gets possibly pretty repetitive with similar formulas. It's still pretty enjoyable to read cause of the action and the characters though. Even if the start of the later arcs are meh, at some point they will reach some decent plot and nice action, so you get hyped. I do wish it finishes soon though...

Yes, filling the pockets of fat CEOs is where I want to spend my precious eight hours a day >_>. Though, not like there's much choice with how things are. My statement still stands, walk to places when you can and don't be lazy. Make it a habit and you'll reap good benefits.

No, I take a lunch break at the Library. They're only open typically for seven hours on regular week days, and then four today.(Saturday) It's two miles up here from where I live, so I bring a lunch to save time. Reminds me, today I shouldn't have brought a lunch but I did anyway... guess I'll eat and leave early.

Yes, simply wake up earlier if possible or take to walking places instead of driving. Get up to go get your food in the kitchen instead of having the other person deliver it. Stand an hour instead of sitting, whatever you can change and make room for. You could also make punishments out of it =P. Those who forget chores must do a set of bodyweight exercises. I mean, you could take five minutes now to do some J-U-M-P-I-N-G J-A-C-K-S and you'd be better off for it instead of not doing them.

You can. \o/ The big question is why aren't you? There's no good reason for it aside from sloth from where I'm standing. Your health and future are worth much more than that aren't they?

Excuses, excuses. Now, I'm surely overstepping my boundaries here with my man splaining, but I'd say a good wife would work together with her husband to establish good habits for the both of them to insure they live long, happy, healthful lives. It may not take more than you complimenting or ogling over his progress to keep him motivated, but company and sharing time together with a specific activity will go a long way. There's also the incentive that if you're getting healthy and fit he should too and stay that way. Though, I'll stress this. Diet is paramount. You could hike up Mt. Everest in a day, but if you eat the mountain in sugar form you're not going to get anywhere. Extreme analogy, but diet, and I don't mean cutting calories

comes first and foremost. Don't you whine about it being hard >:I. I know you will, I can sense these things now that I've become a cyber ghost. Start small, first get rid of sugary and caloric drinks. Drinking calories is the absolute worse thing you can do if you want to get in shape and eat healthily. Drink water or tea instead, a simple substitution. From there incorporate more greens and vegetables. Carrots are great for Vit A, which is necessary for tissues. It'll help your skin, vision, and bones. They are also sweet once you begin to cut out most of the sugar from your diet, and make a good substitute for your sweet tooth. No, you can't dip them in chocolate or any other syrup >_>. Cooking them is fine, I'd advise it actually as it allows your body to absorb more of the beta-Carotene which your body can use to create Vitamin A.

Vitamin K you can easily get from Romaine lettuce and Parsley. Parsley is a good and relatively cheap concentrated source of Vit K, and you can sprinkle it onto all sorts of things. I typically have some if I'm out of lettuce or baking potatoes.

Vitamin D you can get from sunlight and milk. Though, you should force yourself out more >_>.

Vitamin E helps with Vit K use in the body and apparently is linked with aging. So if you want to be forever youthful then eat some Sunflower Seeds or Almonds. Both of which are rich in minerals and B vitamins which you also need. Though, the big four, or fat soluble vitamins I've already mentioned. You should throw in some daily Vit C as well. It's useful for repairing tissue and keeping strong bones and teeth. It's water soluble which means any excess can be passed easily. Fat soluble are stored and absorbed best with fat.(Cheese, Peanut Butter, Nuts, Etc) So there's an upper limit to the body on which is healthy.(Don't eat too much. Vit K and A are typically harmless in their natural forms. Aka not vitamins. Except for Vit A from animal liver. Be very careful of liver.) Try to mix in some foods containing them and see how your health and mood improve.

I could go on, but I'll spare you advice that you didn't ask for. I would however like it if you gave more attention to your health ^-^. While we're(you're) still young, aging is an exponential process. Good habits once established and maintained can only be seen later on in life or if you exercise regularly, in your field of motion. Aka, you have to make it a habit to get the benefit. You didn't learn English to the degree you know now within a few years. You practiced and used it for all of your life, improving upon it daily. You didn't drink a soda a day when you were born, you got into the habit of it. I'm telling you stuff you already know, but listen for once \o/. Huff Huff Huff. I'm done now.

You know, I didn't ask about Rewrie but glad you brought it up. Had forgotten you were a coordinator now. Scold someone for me when you get the chance. "Well try harder." Would do. And, how do you like it compared to being an editor? (I'm doubting now whether I checked my synopsis for no final edit or not...)

Right, you're helping with proof reading? Or is it Manga Translations? I think once I get the net back I'll look into that as a hobby. Help out the people who made the medium available to us western audiences. Perhaps use it as an excuse to brush up on written Japanese which seems to be a bulky bit to the language.

I could be better, and I'm working on being so. That's about all I have to report. o7 Exercising five days a week(Walking 21 miles a week =P. Still can't jog a mile though :/), going to bed at 8-9pm and never later. Studying for the ASVAB and trying to fly through all of my physical books and PDFs that I want to read before I'm unable to. That bit is where I'm trailing behind.(OTZ slow reader) I have a ton of VNs and games on my PC that I also wanted to play and finish >_>... Trying to cram everything into only 16 hours is a bit hard, but really gives you perspective on what's all possible within a single day. There's a lot I want to learn additionally that is going to take time to work up to. Such as Trigonometry and differentials which I think is Calculus. Then there's the languages I want to learn (Studying German now)... If you're not one to specialize you're a bit all over the place and weak in most areas =/. I'll figure out something though. (There's Physics,Engineering, and Socilization too \o/)

I could go on, but I don't have that kind of time >_>. See yah Tuesday.
