Anything I rated 5 and above is worth watching. 7 and above would most likely re-watch. 8 and above I thoroughly enjoyed the show and found multiple characteristics and elements that made the show shine.
5 - Average, quite literally there is nothing outstanding to the show that made it pop for me or there were elements to the show that made me knock it down to points to reach this level. These shows there typically isn't anything that makes you have to think or makes you question anything. Pretty much click, watch, enjoy. Next. Good to just past the time with.
6 - Fine, there are elements to the show that I particularly enjoyed. Examples might be from amazing art work, to some morale rooted in the show, or other various gems rooted in the show. These shows typically have a decent plot, character that I enjoyed, or were able to make me feel an emotional connection with at some point.
7 - Good, would be willing to re-watch more shows starting at this level. Show's typically have an engaging plot, interesting characters, strong emotional feels, or other elements that were particularly outstanding.
8 and above - Plot of these shows are typically fantastic. Characters are interesting and highly enjoyable to watch. Strong elements from emotional impact, artwork, morals or values found or taken from the story, clever dialogue, world building, etc.
4 and below - Just because I rated a show and these levels doesn't necessarily mean I dislike or hate the show. Although some shows are here due to my disdain with them for various reason. Typically it means there were elements to the show that I truly disliked and ranked it lower based off that.
Example: Sword Art Online, typically I would rate it a show like this a 6. However due to issues I had with character development, pacing, feasibility of the characters "power level" in relation to other players, etc. it became a 4.
Reasons why I might deduct points from a show -
Example: Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
This show hit me extremely hard in the feelings, even made me shed a few tears. So why is it a 6? Relation to how things would be in real life. If Tokyo Tower falls down due to an earthquake well other houses and buildings are still standing in the area, then there is an extreme issue with the realistic of the show compared to reality. Along with it had issues of realistic character reactions.
Issues like this or other problems well result in point deductions from a show, even on an enjoyment level it would score higher.

He said it is science, so a scientific answer is needed. The virus goes back in one second for no reason that is way too fast. The short lifespan is also non-sense. If they reach the brain they can live, if not then they die. Why? Why do they need to reach the brain in the first place? Even if they can’t live that long after leaving its host, they got enough “food” (the body) to consume and survive, where a brain is not needed.
Wait, you might say it didn’t die and remained in his body, which also gave him super power. Ok but why do they go back in episode one then?
No matter how I see it, it is chocking to the dead. God, even blood was pressed out of his trachea for some reason and it is done by a machine, which even lifted him up.

New cells is what spreads the virus - no longer harmful to host due to being adapted to the host body, capable of being circulated through the brain without causing infection now
MC is probably capable of infection others now if his blood / saliva comes into contact with non infected hosts. Would probably turn them into full Kabane if they didn't stop it from reaching the brain in time.
Maybe yes, Maybe no. There is no explanation from the show until now and it is science, so a scientific answer is needed or maybe they will just do this:
As the show has already placed a great distinction on social class. If your of a higher social class than others then obviously you get to make your own rules and fuck everybody else's rules.
If there are really people doing proper research then all the people won’t be that silly in the first place because the experiment results are 100% science and believable.
If they show researchers later on, which should also be acceptable, then I will mostly remove that one point.
Also the white hair thing was utter nonsense bullshit that shouldn't even be there.
