pacing, characters, world building.
Each gets assigned a point value, which is then converted into %
95-100% - 10
90-94% - 9
80-89% - 8
70-79% - 7
60-69% - 6
50-59% - 5
35-49% - 4
20-34% - 3
10-19% - 2
0-9% - 1
