Rating System:
Rating system is based on visuals, and enjoyment. I could not enjoy something, but it looks really pretty making its score stand high (ex: Akira), and I could love something, but it looks bad visually (ex: Gintama). There is also a huge difference between a high # score and a low # score. A high 9 is still top 20 material, but a low 9 is not. 10 and 1 do not have this variance though.

10/10 - Amazing. I loved it. Immediate favorite!

9/10 - It's Great. I love it. Fantastic. Could be 10/10 if not for a few bad aspects, or lack in quality overall.

8/10 - Really good, but screwed up or just wasn't AMAZING.

7/10 - Better than average, finishable, Good show.

6/10 - Averagely good, but missing a lot; Finishable.

5/10 - Average at best, Finished sometimes, Dropped other times. Maybe impresses with start, but is otherwise bad.

4/10 - Disappointing, boring, hard to finish. Mostly dropped.

3/10 - Dogwater

2/10 - Terrible

1/10 - Offensively awful
