same story... i often find myself wanting to avoid a mistake as much as possible and forget about it since it kind of hurts my pride to know i messed something up. it's like one of those things where you know what to do - it's just so much harder in practice than in thought.

But it's common within a society. Just like it's common sense for foreigners to expect a culture difference, if they travel to another country. So, thereby isn't it still common sense?

Yes, common sense is different from culture to culture. A lot of things you do in the eastern world, you don't do in the western world; and vice-versa. Within these cultures people come to a conclusion in situations. The conclusion the greater number thinks is right, becomes common sense. And in most cases, this conclusion can also be identified as logical solutions.

Well, isn't it ordinary to think logically. Society doesn't have anything to do with common sense, really. Common sense is good sense or judgement of a situation, or just everyday life in general. I'm quite sure most people, would define it similarly to my definition of it.

I believe it was drawn, and then rendered on a computer, for the colours.
I don't know what to write, though.

I'll disagree with you there. Common sense is not an understanding, but the ability to come to a proper conclusion in a situation. A proper solution would be taking the option, that avoids hurting others. Hence it being common, since more people within the normality, would rather not hurt another human being.

Oh, that's some fanart of an anime character, that I found. I liked it, so decided to use it.
