Also it's one more thing as a light novel reader myself we don't think the anime is great rather the opposite compared to the light novel the fights are boring ,everything feels rushed, character development is missing and many great details that really enritche the story are left out. Also comparing isekai anime to sao does make sense to a certain degree given that they are from the same genre. And people who defended the Lizzard man arc were probably light novel readers because in the light novels every Zivilisation,Race they come into contact with is first being described in detail (but yea in the anime it wasn't all that interesting in my opinion) .And sadly Ainz can't be the focus of every arc or the other characters are underdeveloped again the light novel did that much better and actually makes you care for people who arrnt Ainz. But if you just want to see Ainz destroy everything u ll have to wait for the next seasons or read the novel. But even tho he could just take over everything around by force he doesn't and his motives for no doing so were explained in the anime aswell if i remember correctly. In conclusion if you liked s1 just read the novel the 13th volume ll be released this month.

What harem are you talking about? There's no such thing on Alicization. Tiese and Ronie aren't in love with Kirito.
As far as worldbuilding, you'll find this on the novels, much like the timeskip the anime did whereas in the novels it was completely showed.
You should really read the novels and then watch the anime.
