its based on story mostly, usually ecchi's I don't rate that high unless there is a good story to it other than fan service , humor is great and all but it only gets it so far.

Black Lagoon is my favourite anime of all time. :D I can't believe I was actually hesitant to watch it at first. It absolutely blew my mind. As for recommending you anything, I haven't really seen much since I only started watching anime religiously a few months ago. If you specify what genres you prefer, I can try to help. :) Posting in the forum would be a good idea. A lot of people on MAL have seen hundreds of series.

I did notice you liked Death Note though. You could try watching Code Geass. People seem to compare them to each other, and generally they are both well liked. I personally didn't really enjoy either of them and to this day have still not completed Death Note. I might get around to finishing one day but as you may have noticed, I have hundreds of series that I plan to watch. XD

I'm starting to collect manga right now. I love to read although I must admit, the novels that we're made to read at school are pretty damn terrible. I've been on that onemanga site before... a long, long time ago. I never really liked reading manga on the computer. I just doesn't feel the same, so I always buy the ones I want to read. I've spent hundreds of dollars on manga in the last month. The only exceptions are when the ones I want to read aren't available in English. For example, at the moment, I'm reading Hidan no Aria (the light novel first) because I like the anime so much. It would be nice to see it get licensed though. Hidan no Aria very much reminds me of Shakugan no Shana, which is also one of my favourite series.

High school is kind of fun, I guess. I can't wait to get out of high school and go to university. I can actually spend my time studying maths and science alone rather than having to do the extra compulsory units of English. We don't have different levels many subjects. Only maths and English. I'm actually just a really lazy person so as soon as I get home, I just sit down and watch all my daily anime before I even think about all the homework that I got from school.

It's nice to hear that' you're fabulous. :) Anime series are relatively accessible over here, although there's quite a limited range and the series are very pricey. The only anime movie I own is Inuyasha: Swords of an Honourable Ruler. It was on special a while ago so I just bought it and I still haven't gotten around to watching it. I've heard of Soul Eater but I've neither read nor watched it. I'll get around to it eventually. I have quite a lengthy queue building up. I've bought quite a lot of series lately including the Haruhi Suzumiya light novels, Pandora Hearts, Kimi ni Todoke and MeruPuri, just to name a few.

Hi there! If only I had such powers but I've only really started reading manga recently because I don't have enough money to buy any. XD Konata does remind me of myself at times though.

I'm having a fine day today. Drowning a little in homework, but good nonetheless. :) I absolutely cannot wait for highschool to be over. Haha.

cause animes like that usually don't get higher ratings then that from me, I usually animes that get a 9 or 10 from me have good story or are just awesome.

lol, you do realize Gurren Lagann really isn't about science its more about breaking said theories and not care about them at all.
