Anime is love...Anime...is LIFE.
Like most people, I started watching anime as a little kid with things like Pokemon and Digimon and such. I kind of had a falling out with anime in late elementary school and middle school. I was going through my, "I'm a BIG KID, I don't like BABY stuff," phaze, and I thought all anime was either kids stuff or porn XD.
I got into it when my I was up late one day, and my brother was watching something. He told me, "okay, look, I'm not an anime freak, but this is just show I like." That show? The original Fullmetal Alchemist. With the help of a close friend, I was then propelled into the wonderful world of Japanese animation.
For the past 10 years, it's been my favorite form of story telling, and I don't think that's about to change any time soon! :D (Oh, and I returned the favor and got my brother into anime XD)
