This is easily in my top 3 list and is close to being first. Yes, I admit it's not something to watch when starting out, but is definitely one of the best anime out there.
Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai
My first and probably favorite romance anime, and since Romance anime take up a huge part of my watch list, this ought to be up here.
