yo, after reading your thread about toradora. it seem that you love anime the same way as i am, can we have a little chat? do you have a Skype? my skype is Atsuki_Kimidori. and also, do you have an animesuki account?
Actually you can live like in anime, but just you need to work really hard (like hell) to get things you want.
You know Soviet-san, from my personal experience, even if you have a lot of girls, it still will be hard to find girl, that actually will give you feeling of your second part, I still didn't found.
But its not a reason being depressed, drink some vodka, nope, I'm not Russian, but I know Russian Language perfectly :D
You know, I've even got better vaccine against your depression, try to play EVE Online, you'll meet a lot of people there, a lot of Russians too :)

THAT'S IT THOUGH! it's not just an "anime love", it's a real love, I don't know what else to say really.
You also explained how I felt after watching Toradora. My sadness was not as large, mainly because I have had previous experiences like that with "girls" from my dreams.
I do too, wish that I could find someone like Taiga, or Shana. I think what you fell in love with is the personality of the character. Tsundere-type personalities are amazing, in my opinion. I love seeing a person open up to another person over a gradual amount of time. It makes their love that much stronger.
Do you want to know how I got INTO anime? I played a game called Maplestory (a very cool 2D MMO, but that's besides the point) where there was a very intriguing storyline where your character meets a girl and falls in love, but she's a tsundere and the ending is a terrible cliffhanger.
I fell in love with a bunch of pixels, which is pretty much even worse than falling in love with a drawing.
I tried a lot of things to get my mind off of it, but then someone recommended watching anime. I tried it and immediately fell in love.
My suggestion is to move on, and NOT feel bad about it. You gotta understand that life goes on, and you just can't keep thinking about her, or you'll LITERALLY go insane.
Keep watching animes, and DON'T think that it's "replacing" Taiga, because it's not. She will always have a special place in your heart, just like she does in mine too.
Keep watching anime, and MAKE PEACE WITH YOURSELF. Please stop being depressed, because I know how you feel, and the longer it goes on, the worse it gets.
She will come to you in dreams. Please stop being depressed.
Ohh so you were home schooled. That must've sucked, but serious I do the same thing (Look at anime characters lives and think about my life being shit compared to it.) I think most people have that thought and in reality, there is no one that lives as perfect as that, so even if your parents put you in a school with heap's of people, You will never have a life like in the anime :( . I know my life at school was really shit and I feel like I've wasted my childhood when I compare it to anime characters lives.
But there is going to be a day when you will find a girl. Trust me, Even if you don't go to school or get out of the house, You will find someone :P
Maybe you should get a job and start doing things to get your mind off of taiga, Im sure that would help. You might even find the love of your life there :)
