My list is incomplete a few shows are missing, mainly ones I stopped watching in the past or lost track of.
I have alot of "planned to watch" anime in my list, most of these are things that haven't aired yet and the rest are things i've been recommended but can't really get into.

Please recommend me more anime you think i'd like

Check out samurai champloo, fate/zero, Kara no kyoukai,aoi bungaku,terror in resonance, oregairu

There is no need to watch the old version, because 2020 version is remake and it starts from the beginning of the manga

Old version is more violent and less censored though, but it is slow pace and had fillers. It also adapted only 25% of the manga and final episode did not even follow the manga (had original ending)

The new version is will cover the whole manga. And very soon (after episode 25) it will cover more than 25% of manga. SO will see some new stuff that we never saw in the old version

So, my recommendation is just start with 2020 version.
