I've typed this in Youtube comments before but like every great man I'm sure you don't read those. I really think that with the style of anime you seem to lean towards you would really enjoy watching Psycho-Pass. It's a sci-fi futuristic show that focuses on making its characters and slightly dystopian world entirely believable. The show pulls it off really well and though it's a bit exposition-y at times I really do think you'd enjoy it. (But dont watch the second season its done by a different creative team and lost a lot of what made the first season so amazing).

I've seen that you really liked alot of the shows I've liked (Baccano!, Cowboy Bebop, No game no life Etc...)
I'd really suggest you try
"JoJo's bizarre adventure (2012)" https://myanimelist.net/anime/14719/JoJo_no_Kimyou_na_Bouken_TV?q=jojo
as I noticed you did not have it in your P.T.W
also since you Liked "No Game No Life" so much, I'd really suggest you try "Punch Line"
It's a unknown show that is sadly overlooked because of it's sense of humor and excesive use of FanService, but get through the first 3 okay-kinda good, pretty funny episodes, and 4-12 is just non-stop GREATNESS

As you've seen the 1995 Ghost in the Shell movie, I'd recommend watching the TV series, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. The atmosphere feels a lot more like a futuristic police/crime drama, but it still has a lot of the philosophical undertones and themes featured in the movie. It explores so much more of the new technology and has some really interesting plot lines. And it features music from Yoko Kanno (who did the music for Cowboy Bebop). It's very mature compared to most anime, and it doesn't really have any of that "anime bullshit" in it.

Here's the link to the MAL page if you're interested: https://myanimelist.net/anime/467/Ghost_in_the_Shell__Stand_Alone_Complex

Also, I agree with asiersua's KonoSuba recommendation. So many great video game related jokes in that show. Link: https://myanimelist.net/anime/30831/Kono_Subarashii_Sekai_ni_Shukufuku_wo

Please watch Clannad and Clannad After:Story. Mostly After:Story just use Clannad as a base(still really good show) . This show is a rollercoaster of emotions. You will laugh and you will cry.

Also some other recomendation
Bakemonogatari (it has a lot of talking though)
Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica(if you like Fate/Zero go check it out since the creator also worked in it)
Angel Beats
Another(If you like horror)
Log Horizon(this is the smart SAO,this shows what would really happen if people get trapped in a videogame. A small minus though,we never learn how and why they are trapped.)

Lastly, go watch some good Harem anime like Highschool DxD or To Love-Ru

I really wanna know what your opinion on Bakemonogatari and Madoka Magica would be after you watch them.

Please Please Please Gbay you need to watch Neon Genesis Evangelion. It seems you like the classics cowboy bebop, Samurai champloo etc... I would highly recommend NGE to you its from the same era of Anime and it really shows it in the animation and such.

I already left you this same recommendation on twitter, but since I can explain myself a little more in here I will simply repeat myself.
I noticed you mentioned liking all the videogame humour in No Game No Life, and that you enjoy character-driven stories, so I would recommend watching Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! (or KonoSuba, for short). It is one of (if not the) best comedies out there, I find myself laughing out loud every single episode, it is just an amazingly made and executed anime. I have read the first light novel and I must admit, while the jokes are funny in paper, the animation just gives them the edge, making them absolutely hilarious. I shall leave the link here so that you can check it out if you wish.

~I can't send a DM through this site because I'm a new user so I apologize for the wall of text:

I've noticed you generally seem to like more action oriented anime based on your scores and such. I also have similar feelings on SAO, AOT, ReZero etc... I'm also a dude who doesn't like to watch anime too much because I have a lot of the same issues with anime that you do where I hate when it devolves into stupid waifu bullshit.
So I'm gonna recommend the most MANLY and literally my favorite anime (and near favorite show) of all time Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken). Jojo's starts off deceptively simple with a honest gentleman versus the most evil villain I've ever seen. Even though yes it's a simple concept, the hero and villain are set up perfectly, and there is a foreshadowed danger and mystery that kept me intrigued watching to see how things would resolve. Within just 9 episodes Jojo's finishes the arc and the mystery is taken a step further. And thus begins TRUE Jojo and the reason why it is such a well regarded series; it's ultimately just a straight up FUN show with lots of things to still think about to keep you engaged. And as much as I love the first 9 episodes the show just gets significantly better from then on. But I will let you know something about this show: the more you watch/read the better it gets. I don't want to get more specific than that to avoid spoilers.
So that's my best effort of trying to sell you on Jojo's. It's my absolute favorite and it has its problems but man I love it and I think you would enjoy it.

Best regards,
~a longtime fan

Here’s some recs with minimal description based on watching your two videos and looking at MAL’s affinity thing. A lot of these are “entry-level” but these entry-level ones seem to cater to more of what I can make of your tastes.

Space Dandy: Comedic, silly, episodic counterpart to Bebop. Same director, some experimental concepts and definitely makes use of anime as a medium.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/20057/Space%E2%98%86Dandy

Madoka Magica: Magical girl show with the same writer as Fate/Zero.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/9756/Mahou_Shoujo_Madoka%E2%98%85Magica

Evangelion: One of the more commonly cited candidates for “best anime ever.” Deeply psychological with tight directing and a lot of ideas presented.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/30/Neon_Genesis_Evangelion

Durarara: Same guy who did Baccano. Bizarre, at-times convoluted story that maps out connections between its multitude of characters.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/6746/Durarara

Shirobako: Anime about making anime. An insightful look about the work that goes into anime production and the creative process.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/25835/Shirobako

Gurren Lagann: GET FUCKING HYPE
https://myanimelist.net/anime/2001/Tengen_Toppa_Gurren_Lagann

Yuri on Ice: Japanese ice-skating version of gbay and his struggle to find his place in the competitive scene.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/32995/Yuri_on_ICE

Sakamoto: Comedy about perfection.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/32542/Sakamoto_desu_ga

Black Lagoon: Dark, gritty and definitely edgy show about a bunch of criminals and the salaryman who gets abandoned by the company he works for. Try not to get fucked.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/889/Black_Lagoon

Psycho-Pass: Futuristic society where mental states are quantified and those whose thoughts are atypical are criminalized.
https://myanimelist.net/anime/13601/Psycho-Pass

Free!: Timeless classic about the unbreakable bond of love. And muscles.
