I read a lot of reviews and see a general pattern rating animation, music, story blah blah blah. Some of these fucking pocket reviewers really have no idea, trying to put an analytical score on a objective subject
STORY: X/10
ART: X/10
SOUND: X/10
CHARACTER: X/10
ENJOYMENT: X/10
OVERALL: X/10
This is so asinine
I rate anime by how I feel and how much impact it has on me? Do I re-watch it, do I think about it and question it? Nobody is watching for the art or the music, at the end of the day these are just vessels for the story to be communicated through. A 10/10 is something that can evoke feelings multiple times on multiple watches, its flavour never gets stale, for me that is a masterpiece.
