Rating Scale: A very general system which is pretty simple to understand.

10- Perfect/ Close to perfection An anime that is beautiful in every way and deserves to be experienced by all.

9- Superb An anime that is spectacular and is one of the best of its kind.

8- Great An anime that is worth watching but lacks a certain element.

7- Good An anime that is fairly well written, is the standard, generic show.

6- Decent An anime that could have been better but is still enjoyable at a few points.

5- Average An anime that fell short in terms of wow factor and is just normal/ less than decent throughout.

4- Below Average An anime that is underwhelming and is not well written.

3- Poor An anime that is extremely underwhelming to the point of no return. There are very little redeeming elements.

2- Bad An anime that is almost crap. Has no redeeming factors whatsoever.

1- Horrible An anime that should not even be watched as it is a waste of time. I just feel sorry for it.


Grade Weighting System: Just a rough estimate on how I figure out a rating for an anime.

P.S. This system may be altered for different types/ genres of anime according to my discretion.

P.S.S By no means is my weighting system the best way to score anime, this is just MY opinion.

Plot: 20%
Including execution, pacing, development and world-building

Character: 20%
Including development, interaction, and troupes

Animation: 20%
Including Art Style, Character Design, and Fluidity

Music: 15%
Including opening, ending, and soundtrack/ ost

Enjoyment: 25%
