Depends on what romanization system you're using.
IIRC, づ and ず are pronounced the same, it's just that the former is used less and when it pops up, people assume that the t -> and s -> z.
Or so my Japanese teacher says.

When I saw her name in the credits of Now and Then, I did a double take. Haha.

ha, I had the same thought at first but according to "Given name: あづさ" on the left side her name is technically spelled "Adusa" pronounced like "Ajusa" if I'm not mistaken. After that you kinda feel that the names are quite different : )
