Apparently MAL won't add Kuzu to Megane to Bungaku Shoujo, because "Your submission was denied because it is an unpublished (i.e. published in volume format) web manga."

I tried submitting the manga in the database and that's the answer I got. It's pretty stupid and annoying in my opinion, since it's still a manga from a well known author. Meanwhile, MAL is full of Chinese cartoons that aren't anime, but stuff like Kuzu to Megane is not OK.
