The aniverse requires a continuous sacrifice to Cthullu for all the great warped ideas and stories that boosted popularity worldwide.

Ia! Ia!
It'd be cool if there would be a Herbert West adaption, but if Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath got picked up by a studio like Bones, SHAFT or Madhouse...La Petite Mort.

Needless to say, the outer gods and the cthulhu mythos gets me hot and bothered.

His prose is absolutely delectable, yet his dialogues are rather dull to read. It's a real shame he can't learn a thing or two from a modern dark writer like Urobutcher about how to write stellar dialogues.

You know, because Urobutcher's dialogues suck too so he has nothing to teach! Oh, and also because Lovecraft has long ago abandoned this pointless world of ours. But he at least lived a full & happy life, which consisted of him lovingly crafting stories that to this very day make people feel profoundly empty & depressed.
