Kiryuuin not only performs vocals but also writes the lyrics, composes and arranges all of the band's songs. He initially wanted to be a comedian, but after graduating from the Yoshimoto NSC comedy school, he realised that this was not the right path for him and opted to form a band instead. The other members cannot play their instruments. During their concerts they only pretend to play, while often putting them aside to dance or to do a "performance". The song that represents them is "Memeshikute", which they performed at various huge music shows such as Kouhaku Utagassen for 4 consecutive years.
