Great storytelling and art. This is what shoujo should be.

I love how her manga is not the typical shoujo clitche manga. I feel in love with Kaguya Hime when I started reading it and now I wish I was better in Japanese to catch up to, like, 22 more volumes. ;u; But I recently started Moon Boy, it's good, but at most of the time I'm like "Shonach is better. ;u; At least have his babies, but just stay by Art's side." Gah. Reiko's series just keeps making me want to read more.

Amazing art, very elegant and delicate.

Shimizu is amazing. Her storytelling style feels very Hagio Moto-influenced, and while it ocassionally strays to the derivative in that sense, it never fails to be moving.

I like her Jack and Elena stories. Well, her other short stories too. I'd probably like the longer ones too if I could ever get around to reading more of them.
