Her manga are so real. They make me sad, but happy too, because the characters are selfish, troubled, and lost like real people are. I am a hug e fan of her unique art-style and her real portrayal of sex. She is also super inclusive, with her characters being straight, gay, lesbian, bi, trans, etc... It's impressive because most of her manga is from the 80's to early 2000's. Most importantly, she shows that in life, there aren't happy endings, just happy moments.
This is why she's my favorite female mangaka.

great artist/writer - loved love of the best yuri i've ever read! very realistic portrait of a relationship and the fact that sometimes a persons sex/orientation has nothing to do with falling in love...........strange how low her ratings are on here, would have to agree she is highly underrated.......

I like her art style. Sometimes it reminds me Nanana Kiriko works
