Count D has opened his petshop again, this time in Tokyo's Shinjuku! For those who haven't read Petshop of Horrors, Count D's Petshop is a place where one can find animals from the most ordinary housepets to savage predators to mystical beasts that should belong only in legends. Adol Christen, a young man from the mainland, sails to the besieged land of Esteria in search of adventure. Esteria is being overrun by beasts under the control of the evil priest Dark Fact, and the people of the land are running out of time. However, there is a prophecy that tells of a hero from another land who will come to save Esteria—and his name would be Adol Christen.

Yonekura Mugiko, senior in high school, is a talented exorcist dedicated to her work. One day, she was accidentally pushed and fell down a flight of stairs, resulting in amnesia! She only remembers things up till spring of her 6th grade year, hence: she has the mentality of a grade school kid… and forgets about her boyfriend, Kakurazaka Hikaru, a well-known exorcist as well. Mugiko and Kakurazaka will work together to exorcise spirits whenever they are hired, despite the little accident. Meanwhile though, Kakurazaka, known for being a perverted hothead, will try to regain Mugiko’s memory back… to be romantic with her once more!! (Source: Whisper)
