Similar office romance manga. Kawaii Joushi wo Komarasetai has better art and character development.

Kouhai falls in love with his Senpai in an office setting. But this is more romantic than SoL. It explores both their lives outside work and how they complement each-other's shortcomings. The female lead is oblivious in both manga but Kawaii Joushi wo Komarasetai takes it to the point of annoyance with the trope.

Office romance involving coworkers that are dating in secret. Both have good art and both are good read if you like office romcom stories.

Very similar plots, but with very different art styles as one is 4-Koma. Older workaholic female lead mistakenly ends up sleeping with a younger co-worker, which develops into more than just an awkward drunken one night stand.

Very similar art, both are 4-Koma, romantic-comedies with older female/younger male. I absolutely loved Bonnouji and felt that Kawaii Joushi wo Komarasetai gave off similarly good/fresh vibes. I wish Bonnouji was longer and I wouldn't have minded more ecchi/sex related scenes/chapters, but overall, I felt much more satisfied with the couple growth and how the characters interacted when it finished, than I usually feel with most romantic comedies. Although Kawaii Joushi is ongoing, I feel like it could be as enjoyable as Bonnouji if the romance becomes more developed and there is couple growth. I love it when characters get together early in the  read more

Similar in a way where the main guy is a happy-go-lucky dude who always interacts with his strict but adorable superior at work. And the romance in the genres tells us what happens as the story progresses.
