Both have females that are complete beginners in a sport, but are gifted at it, and gradually get better at it. However, Badminton Girl is about badminton, and Sorairo Ageha revolves around tennis.  

Well, even though Prince of Tennis is about Tennis, it gives you the same satisfaction you get from Badminton Girl. Plus, it's way more popular so there's also an anime for it ^_^ 

Well, both main character have talent in badminton/ tennis, yet unknown about it. In BG and BS, there's a very strong person in their group, and coach that notice their(the main character's) talent. There're also hints of romance in both series. Read it and you'll find more similarities among them ^_6  

Similarities: Both are shoujo mangas which are sports themed (Badminton and Billiards) and doesn't involve romance (although pairings were hinted). Differences: However the main characters in the two mangas are the exact opposite of each other where in Badminton Girl, the heroine is meek and shy, the female lead in Nine Puzzle is bubbly and always full of energy. Also, where in the guy in Badminton Girl is generally disinterested in sports, the male lead in Nine Puzzle, is clearly dedicated to it. Both series ends with a "this-is-just-the-beginning" feeling. 

Similar feel~ Plus, both of the main characters who were supposedly bad at sports are actually good (badminton girl is good at badminton and bamboo blade B has a girl who is good at kendo).
