In short : The story itself is funny enough, but the ending made me want to throw something...
tl;dr version (and I do mean "tl;dr"):
Overall : 7/10
It's an entertaining enough story to read when you have free time, that is if you don't mind the open end.
There's a lot of cliches that you usually find in this genre, so if you want something completely new, this isn't for you. If your pet-peeves is unreliable main character, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a light-hearted, silly manga to read in between your cram time for a big exam, you might be interested in it.
Now,
...
the particulars...
Story (6/10) versus Enjoyment (8/10):
Usually, this kind of story came with "divine intervention" of sort. This story changed this aspect a bit, but still stick to the miraculous-change-of-gender-in-a-blink-of-an-eye trend. (Phew! that's *long*) However, because there are a lot of miraculous-type transformation in the story, it didn't have the chance to get boring.
It doesn't have the best of plot, but it's entertaining as hell (IMO). There's a lot of funny scenes, but the catch is, it's a very silly kind of funny. If you're looking for funny in the sense of Cromatie High - you will be disappointed, but if you're looking for slapstick type funny - this should satisfy you.
The thing that annoys me a great deal is the ending. I can only say that it's an "open end" type. So if you like a story with a definite conclusion, it's better to just avoid this story.
Art (8/10):
Pretty, pretty, pretty! This art style is one of my favourite types! The lines are clean and I can actaully see it as an anime. Character design is also decent, nothing too "lavish" but not much can be expected from a story with everyday Japan setting, ne. All characters are attractive, especially the ladies. So, eye candies are abundant!
Character (4/10):
Disappointing! The main character is a wimp from the start until the end. His best friend is a jerk all throughout the story. His love interest is... well, can't go there... The support characters are rather interesting though.
All in all, the main character is the one with less development, IMO.
