Manga: Kaichou wa Maid-sama!
Both have a male character who has taken an interest in the lead female main character, and are somewhat alpha in that respect. Such as they are not like anime guys that are oblivious to obvious romantic and emotional signals. Also both guys are privy to a secret that the lead female character doesn't want shared. Also, when I recommend "Suki ni Naru Made Matte", I am mainly referring to story "1/3 no Kareshi" that is inside the manga.
